Arlecchino Build


Arlecchino, is a Pyro DPS whose kit is centered around the Bond of Life mechanism. When her Bond of Life reaches a certain threshold, she receives a massive Normal Attack (NA) buff and Pyro infusion, and both her Burst (Q) and Skill (E) help Arlecchino  Build towards that.

She can quickly execute an AOE Pyro slash and apply Blood Debt to enemies with her Elemental Skill (E). Blood Debt deals damage to the opponent, but Arle's Charged Attack turns it into Bond of Life. Arlecchino's E causes her Bond of Life to be cleared and transformed into self-healing simultaneously, which is why she needs to use Blood Debt to restore it.

Arlecchino Build Artifact

New 4.6 Artifact Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy (4 piece): This character deals 18% more damage for 6 seconds when the value of a Bond of Life rises or falls. Three stacks maximum.

New 4.6 Artifact Unfinished Reverie (4 Piece):  DMG dealt increased by 50% after 3s of not engaging in combat. During combat, this DMG Bonus will drop by 10% every second until it hits 0% if there are no Burning opponents within 6 seconds. In the event that a Burning opponent is present, it will rise by 10% until it reaches 50%. Even when the equipping character is off the field, this effect still happens.

Gladiator's Finale (4 Piece): Given that she uses a lot of NA after her Bond of Life reaches a certain threshold, a full Gladiator set would be her second-best choice. This set adds an additional 18% ATK and 35% bonus damage to NA.

Crimson Witch (4 Piece): In the event that Arlecchino heavily depends on Pyro reaction for damage, Crimson With might be a good option. The set strikes a good balance between the Pyro reaction buff and personal damage. The two-piece +15% Pyro damage buff can increase damage if the user can spam E quickly. The full set will increase damage by 40% for Overload and Burning.

 

Arlecchino Build Weapon

Crimson Moon's Semblance (Signature Weapon): When a Charged Attack strikes an opponent, a Bond of Life equal to 25% of Max HP is awarded. You can initiate this effect up to once every 14 seconds. Moreover, the equipping character gains a 12% DMG Bonus when they have a Bond of Life; if the Bond of Life's value is higher than or equal to 30% of Max HP, they also receive an additional 24% DMG Bonus.

Primordial Jade Winged-Spear(5⭐): Because of its high base ATK and passive's ATK boost, early theorycrafting ranks PJWS as Arle's second-best weapon. Because she uses NA frequently, she can also maintain maximum stacks on its passive buff.

Staff of Homa(5⭐): Homa is a good choice because of its high Crit DMG stat and all-around beneficial passive. Because PJWS offers more ATK stats than it does, it loses to PJWS in this regard.

Blackcliff Pole(4⭐): Because of its offensive nature from its Crit DMG stat and its passive that increases ATK every time an enemy is vanquished, Blackcliff may be Arlecchino's best 4-star polearm. This might be her best F2P choice if you're building her for raw damage rather than reaction-based play.


Attack and Skill

Normal Attack: carries out up to six spear strikes in a row.

Charged Attack: Charges at a nearby opponent, cleaving once, then expends a set amount of stamina.
Arlecchino will use stamina and move at a high speed for up to five seconds if this button is continuously held.

Plugging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to hit the ground below, dealing AoE DMG on impact and dealing damage to enemies along the way.

(E) All Is Ash: Calls forth Balemoon Bloodfire, who deals AoE Pyro DMG to a target while dash-cleaving several adjacent opponents to deal Pyro DMG.
The aforementioned attack's victims will be subject to a Blood-Debt Directive.

(Q) Balemoon Rising: Before clearing the CD of All Is Ash and healing her, Arlecchino Build massive wings of Balemoon Bloodfire beat, absorbing and clearing Blood-Debt Directives around her and dealing AoE Pyro DMG. Her Bond of Life value and ATK form the basis of the healing.

 

Constellations

C1: Masque of the Red Death has been improved even more; the increase's value is 100%. Arlecchino's interruption resistance is further boosted when she uses the Masque of the Red Death to perform Normal Attacks.

C2: Blood-Debt Due dates have already passed for Blood-Debt Directives.
Arlecchino unleashes Balemoon Bloodfire in front of her, dealing 900% of her ATK as AoE Pyro DMG, after absorbing such a Due. Once every ten seconds, this effect may occur.
To begin with, you need to activate the passive talent "Agony Alone May Be Repaid.

C3: Elevates Normal Attack to a Level 3 Invitation to Beheading.
There is a maximum upgrade level of 15.

C4: Upon effectively assimilating a Blood-Debt Directive, Arlecchino's CD will diminish by two seconds and she will regain fifteen energy. This effect has a 10-second latency.

C5: Raises the Balemoon Rising level by three. There is a maximum upgrade level of 15.

C6: Arlecchino Build  ATK multiplied by 700% of Arlecchino's existing Life Bond percentage raises Balemoon Rising's DMG.
Following Arlecchino's use of All Is Ash, she gains 10% more CRIT Rate and 70% more CRIT DMG for 20 seconds for both her Normal Attacks and Elemental Burst. You can initiate this effect up to once every fifteen seconds.
